​The court has rejected the State Government's review petition and confirmed that students must be awarded marks, not grades, for the third language in the 2025-26 academic year.

• ​**No Grading This Year: The High Court dismissed the government's plan to replace the 100-mark system for the third language with a non-contributory grading system.
• ​"Rules of the Game" Principle: Justice E.S. Indiresh emphasized that the government cannot change the evaluation rules after the examination process has already commenced. The court noted that the original notification for the 2025-26 exams included marks for the third language, and changing this midway is legally untenable.
• ​Impact on Results: This means the SSLC total will remain out of 625 marks (including 100 marks for the third language), rather than the 525-mark total proposed by the government.
• ​Future Changes: The court clarified that the government is free to implement a grading system in future academic years, provided they follow the proper legal procedures and notify students before the start of the exams.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು (High Court) ಎಸ್‌ಎಸ್‌ಎಲ್‌ಸಿ (SSLC) ಮೂರನೇ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇಂದು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 21, 2026 ರಂದು ಮಹತ್ವದ ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿದೆ.

​ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಮರುಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ವಜಾಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ಎಸ್‌ಎಸ್‌ಎಲ್‌ಸಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರನೇ ಭಾಷೆಗೆ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನೇ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.

​ತೀರ್ಪಿನ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಂಶಗಳು:

• ​ಗ್ರೇಡಿಂಗ್ ಪದ್ಧತಿ ರದ್ದು: ಮೂರನೇ ಭಾಷೆಗೆ ಕೇವಲ 'ಗ್ರೇಡ್' ನೀಡುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಒಪ್ಪಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ (2025-26) ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನೇ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
• ​ನಿಯಮ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಅಸಾಧ್ಯ: ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಆರಂಭವಾದ ನಂತರ ಅಥವಾ ನೋಟಿಫಿಕೇಶನ್ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನದ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವುದು ಕಾನೂನುಬಾಹಿರ ಎಂದು ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
• ​ಒಟ್ಟು ಅಂಕಗಳು: ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಒಟ್ಟು ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು 625 ಅಂಕಗಳಿಗೆ (ಮೂರನೇ ಭಾಷೆಯ 100 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ) ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಹಾಕಲಾಗುವುದು. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪದಂತೆ 525 ಅಂಕಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೀಮಿತಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.
• ​ಮುಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶ: ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಗ್ರೇಡಿಂಗ್ ಪದ್ಧತಿ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲು ಬಯಸಿದರೆ, ಮುಂದಿನ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಮೊದಲೇ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.

SSLC ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ 1ರ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಯಾವಾಗ?

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯ ನಿರ್ಣಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು (KSEAB) ಇನ್ನೂ ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ 22/04/2026 ರಂದು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಘೋಷಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಸದ್ಯದ ವರದಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ:

• ​ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತ ಸಮಯ: ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 22,2026 ರಂದು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 12:00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗಲಿದೆ
• ​ಹಿಂದಿನ ಟ್ರೆಂಡ್: ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ (2025) ಮೇ 2 ರಂದು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಹೊರಬಿದ್ದಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಬಾರಿಯೂ ಅದೇ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಬಹುದು.

​ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಚೆಕ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ?

​ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಹಂತಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ:

3. ​ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ (Registration Number) ಮತ್ತು ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು (DOB) ನಮೂದಿಸಿ.

​Before recording any data, physically walk through your assigned Enumeration Block (EB).

ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಖಗೋಳಾಸಕ್ತರ ವಾಟ್ಸ್ಯಾಪ್ ಗುಂಪುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಸುದ್ದಿ/ವೀಡಿಯೋ ಹರಿದಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುನ್ನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅದು ಸೌರ ಮಂಡಲದ ಆರು ಗ್ರಹಗಳು ಒಂದೇ ಸರಳ ರೇಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಇದು ಅಪರೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ನಡೆಯುವ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸಹಜ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ. ಈ ಆರು ಗ್ರಹಗಳೆಂದರೆ ಶುಕ್ರ, ಮಂಗಳ, ಗುರು, ಶನಿ, ಯುರೇನಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ನೆಪ್ಚೂನ್ ಗಳು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲಿನಿಂದ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಅಧ್ಯಯನಕ್ಕೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಹ ಯಾವುದೇ ಲಾಭಗಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಖಗೋಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಅರಿವಿಗೆ ಬಾರದ ಈ ಗ್ರಹಗಳ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಗೆ (planet parade) ಯಾಕೆ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಇಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದೇ ನನಗೆ ಅರ್ಥವಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.

 ಸೌರ ಮಂಡಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು ಎಂಟು ಗ್ರಹಗಳಿವೆ. ಮೊದಲು ಒಂಬತ್ತು ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆವು. ಆದರೆ ದೀರ್ಘ ಅಧ್ಯಯನದ ನಂತರ ಪ್ಲೂಟೊ ವನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹ ಎಂಬ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದಿಂದ ಕೆಳಗಿಳಿಸಿ ಕುಬ್ಜ ಗ್ರಹ ಪಟ್ಟಾಭಿಷೇಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಆರು ಗ್ರಹಗಳು ಬರಿಯ ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಕಾಣುವ ಗ್ರಹಗಳಾದರೆ ಯುರೆನಸ್ ದೂರದರ್ಶಕದ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ ಶೋಧಿಸಿದ ಗ್ರಹ. ನೆಪ್ಚೂನ್ ಗಣಿತದ ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಚಾರದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಶೋಧಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಗ್ರಹ. ಈ ಯರೇನಸ್ ತನ್ನ ಸಮೀಪದ ಶನಿಯಿಂದ ಎಷ್ಟು ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿದೆಯೆಂದರೆ ಯುರೇನಸ್ ನ ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರದಿಂದಾಗಿ  ಸೌರಮಂಡಲದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ ದುಪ್ಪಟ್ಟಾಯಿತು. ಯುರೇನಸ್ ಏಳನೆಯ ಗ್ರಹವಾದರೂ ಅದರ ಕಕ್ಷೆ ಎಂತಹ ಉದ್ದುರುಟು (elliptical) ಎಂದರೆ ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ನೆಪ್ಚೂನ್ ಗಿಂತ ಆಚೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುವುದರಿಂದ ಸೌರಮಂಡಲದ ಅತಿದೂರದ ಗ್ರಹ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. 

ಬರಿ ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸುವ ಗ್ರಹಗಳು 6. ಮೊದಲನೆಯವ ಬುಧ. ಸೂರ್ಯನಿಗೆ ತೀರಾ ಹತ್ತಿರವಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಈತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಡಿಮೆ 18° ಪರಿಣಾಮದ (18° effect) ಪರಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವುದರಿಂದ ಇವನನ್ನು ನೋಡಲು ಕಣ್ಣು ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮವಿರಬೇಕು. ಸೂರ್ಯಾಸ್ತದ ನಂತರ ಅಥವಾ ಸೂರ್ಯೋದಯದ ಮೊದಲು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ನಾಲ್ಕು ತಿಂಗಳು ಕಾಣಬಹುದಷ್ಟೆ. ಎರಡನೆಯವ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಯೆಂದೇ ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುವ ಶುಕ್ರ. ತನ್ನಲ್ಲಿನ ಇಂಗಾಲದ ಡೈಆಕ್ಸೈಡ್ ವಾತಾವರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಹೊಳೆಯುವ ಗ್ರಹ. ಸಂಜೆ ಪಡು ಆಕಾಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಮೂಡಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸುವ ಈತ ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಸಮಯದ ಅಳತೆಯೂ ಹೌದು.  ಮೂರನೆಯವಳು ನಾವು ಬದುಕಿರುವ ಭೂಮಿ. ಕ್ಷಮಯಾ ಧರಿತ್ರಿ. ನಾವು ಮಾಡುವ ತಪ್ಪನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಲಹುವವಳು. 

ನಾಲ್ಕನೆಯವನು ಮಂಗಳ. ಸೌರವ್ಯೂಹದ ಕೆಂಪನೆಯ ಗ್ರಹವಾದುದರಿಂದ ಗುರುತಿಸುವುದು ಸುಲಭ. ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗಿಂತ ಹಿರಿಯ ಗುರು. ಶುಕ್ರನಷ್ಟು ಹೊಳಪಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ಅದೇ ಗಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಸೌರಮಂಡಲದ ಸುಂದರನೆಂದರೆ ಆರನೆಯ ಶನಿ. ದೂರದರ್ಶಕದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡುವಾಗ ಬಳೆ ತೊಡಿಸಿದ ಸುಂದರಿಯಂತೆ ಕಾಣುವ ಚೆಲುವ ಸುಂದರಾಂಗ. ಸೂರ್ಯ ಮುಳುಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಹಾಗೆ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳು ಗೋಚರಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದು ನಾವು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಸೂರ್ಯ ಮುಳುಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಾವು ಮೊದಲು ಕಾಣುವುದು ಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಅವು ನಮಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲಿವೆ.

ಭಾರತೀಯ ಪಂಚಾಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನವಗ್ರಹಗಳಿದ್ದಾವೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಗಳ, ಬುಧ, ಗುರು, ಶುಕ್ರ, ಶನಿ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಹೇಳುವ ಗ್ರಹಗಳೇ. ಆದಿತ್ಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಪ್ರಭೆಯುಳ್ಳ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರ ಸೂರ್ಯ. ಸೋಮ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಸುತ್ತ ಸುತ್ತುವ ಉಪಗ್ರಹ ಚಂದ್ರ. ರಾಹು ಕೇತುಗಳು ಭೂಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ಚಂದ್ರರ ಪರಭ್ರಮಣ ಕಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಛೇದಿಸುವ ಕಾಲ್ಪನಿಕ ಬಿಂದುಗಳು.

ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ಹೇಳುವವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುವ ಪಂಚಗ್ರಹ ಕೂಟ ಅಥವಾ ಅಷ್ಟಗ್ರಹ ಕೋಟ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬುಗೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಈಗ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಷಷ್ಠಿ ಗ್ರಹ ಕೂಟದಿಂದಾಗಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ಭಯ ನನಗೆ. (ಖಗೋಳ ವಿದ್ಯಮಾನಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಮಯೋಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಉಡುಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಖಗೋಳಾಸಕ್ತರ ಸಂಘವನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟು ಹಾಕಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಎ.ಪಿ. ಭಟ್ಟರ ಈ ಬಾರಿಯ ಮೌನ ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ)

ಅಪಶಕುನಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಟುವಾಗಿ ಟೀಕಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಹಿಂದೂ ಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಹೀಗೆಳೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಧಾರಾವಾಹಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಪ ನಂದಿ ಹೋಗುವುದು, ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರ ಬಿದ್ದು ಗಾಜು ಒಡೆಯುವುದು, ಕರಿಮಣಿ ತುಂಡಾಗುವುದು, ಬಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹೊತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಮುಂತಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಅವಘಡಗಳ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆ ಎಂದು ವೈಭವೀಕರಿಸುವ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರನ್ನು ಟೀಕಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸುವ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಒಬ್ಬ ವಿಚಾರವಾದಿಯನ್ನೂ ನಾನು ನೋಡಿಲ್ಲ.

Again dedicating our constitution to ourselves….

On the occasion of International Democracy Day on 15th September, all the teachers and students of our Government High School, Kolkoor read the Preamble of our Constitution of India en masse. Thus, to the question of a student that what he will learn from reading the proposal of the constitution, the head teacher Mr. Mukunda Kulkarni said that the hope of the entire constitution is hidden in the preamble of the constitution, the long and powerful goals that a country needs such as unity, equality, justice and other important aspects are emphasized. Friend's lab in 'Shikshana Varthe'..

You may notice that there is an article published in 'Shikshana Varthe'of June 2023 about a wonderful science lab and a school with a good school environment. This is my friend Premkumar Dhavalgi's school. Prem Kumar Dhavalgi is my high school friend. He is currently working as a science teacher in Government High School Kupakaddi, Basavan Bagewadi Taluk, Vijayapur. The science laboratory he set up in his school is a model for the state. A suitable arrangement of models, scientific projects & writings and a well-equipped room with a projector all attract students to learning. In addition to his teaching, Premakumar conducts experiments present in the text in his laboratory with the students. Impressed by this, I decided to set up a science laboratory in my school as well. I was happy that one of my poems was also published in the same issue.

Educational Workshop Kalaburagi

Opening of schools remained a dream during a pandemic covid-19. Meanwhile, a lot of educational activities took place in Kalaburagi division. In the middle of April, Mr. Nalin Atul, the Honorable Additional Commissioner of Public Instruction of Kalaburagi, gave setu bandha manual, laboratory manual named Pragya Darpana, work from home etc activities.

In the first phase six activities were given under Work from Home. They are like this.

After this, when the lockdown continued again, he gave 10 activities. They are like this.

Thus, he suggested to carry out these activities and upload them by creating a personal blog of the teacher. Accordingly, all the teachers of Kalaburagi section created a blog and successfully completed all the activities given to them and uploaded it on the blog. The Honorable Commissioner and the District Coordinator of Azimprenjee Foundation suggested that the teachers who performed the activities well in this should be given an opportunity to participate in the educational workshop held on 19/11/2020 to share their experiences about the other six activities and create a clear draft. Accordingly, the resource teachers who participated here,

Discussed these issues and presented the matter. Later, the Honorable Deputy Commissioner gave letters of appreciation to the teachers who won the best teacher award at national, state and district level and to the teachers who performed good activities under Work from Home.

School toilet renovation...

Even though the lockdown is over, the school has not yet started, just like 'even if it stopped raining, it didn't stop raining'. The Vidyagam was held smoothly but the Vidyagam was also halted due to reports in the media of corona killing teachers. Meanwhile the Dussehra holiday came and went. However, there is no sign of the start of school.

In the meantime, we took up the task of cleaning the boys' toilet, which had been non-functional for almost years in our school. Starting from November 1, till now we have cleaned and made it available for use. We cannot forget the cooperation of our fellow teachers in this. Patching, painting and plumbing are pending..for now..

Students of classes 1-7 in Gandhi Nagar, Jewargi were divided into groups 1-5, 6-8 and instructed to complete various activities.

There was a good response from the parents. Out of 24 children 13 children attended today and educational activities were given after creating awareness about covid 19
